Welcome to Mise, the mobile recipe management app developed by Kinetic Loop (“we”, “us” or “the Company”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the store rules (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
You are not allowed to:
Some features of the App (cloud synchronization, backup, AI functions) require the creation of an account. You can register via email/password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Facebook Login.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the content (recipes, photographs, texts) you create or upload in the App (“User Content”).
By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., showing you your recipes on multiple devices or allowing you to share them with other users you choose).
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

The App offers basic free features (“Free Plan”) and advanced features via subscription (“Premium Plan”).
Subscription prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase and may vary by region and platform. Available plans include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscriptions.
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your store account settings:
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). We do not directly process refunds. For requests, contact the support of the relevant store. In exceptional cases, you can contact us at support@kineticloop.app and we will evaluate the situation.
Where available, the free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription upon expiration, unless canceled before the end of the trial period. You will not be charged during the trial.
The Free Plan has limits on the number of savable recipes and creatable recipe books. The exact limits are indicated in the App and may be changed with reasonable notice.

In case of termination for violation of the Terms, no refund is provided for any prepaid subscription periods. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings → Delete Account section.
The App, its source code, design, logo, the “Mise” and “Kinetic Loop” trademarks, and all content produced by us are the exclusive property of Kinetic Loop and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to such elements, other than the limited license to use described in Section 1.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kinetic Loop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the App is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €50.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above exclusions/limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., sites of imported recipes). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites. We encourage you to read the policies of each site you visit.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. For any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's residence/domicile, where applicable under the current consumer protection legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

We may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you by updating the revision date on this page and, where appropriate, via an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
